Children's Table strives to inspire and enable young people to make healthy food choices through the hands-on joy of food preparation. The focus of Children's Table spans all the way from soil to supper.

Children’s Table is a “hands-on” cooking class that empowers children to experience food, one recipe at a time. Each class has a different theme with a focus on different cuisine, produce and ingredients.


Our goals are to:

1. Teach the value of good nutrition and food safety as a lifelong skill.

2. Encourage cooking as a manageable, rewarding and creative endeavor.

3. Nurture overall self-confidence and self-worth.

4. Be available to all children from across the socioeconomic spectrum.
